Aloha friends and ohana here are some mixed up tunes to enjoy...

For those of you who haven't had the pleasure, ecstatic dance happens every sunday morning at Kalani Honua oceanside yoga retreat center from 10:15 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. and every 2nd and 4th wednesday night 7:15-9:45 It is a non-verbal ritual dance space with 2 sets of music, a warm up and a program. I have been attending at ecstatic dance for over 4 years and am begining to DJ there. The vibe is awesome, the dancers free and flowing and the venue is excellent as well.

Edance 2/1/09 ~ 42 minutes, 256kbps, 87mb - This was my 5th warmup set, I got a good nights sleep, had a nice breakfast and was able to be fully present while playing. A definite improvement over staying up all night the night before listening to tracks.

My second Ecstatic Dance warm up set - 7/27/08 ~ 50 minutes, 192 kbps, 70mb

I wasn't as prepared as I would have liked to have been. The mixing is a bit rough towards the end. On the up side I'm getting better at mixing on the fly because while I had a bunch of music to play I didn't really preplan many transitions.
